Victory in Texas

In April, Cindi testified before the Texas State Senate Public Health Committee, supporting SB 542 – the companion bill to HB 751. This bill requires pharmacists to notify prescribers within three business days if a biologic drug is substituted. The bill also has a provision that requires the prescribing practitioner the ability to prohibit substitution.
