Victory in Illinois

GHLF applauds our CreakyJoints community for taking action! Because of the community’s response to our Facebook posts and writing letters to Governor Bruce Rauner of Illinois, Senate Bill 455 was passed! IL SB 455 increases accessibility to life-changing medications and potentially pass cost-savings on to patients. The bill establishes a safe pathway for only biosimilars deemed interchangeable by the FDA to be substituted in the state of Illinois.
