Good afternoon. My name is Mariah Leach. I want to thank the Colorado Senate Health & Human Services Committee for allowing me to speak today. I live in Louisville, CO and I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis six years ago. At the time I was only 25 years old and in the middle of a dual degree program at the University of Colorado, working on a masters and law degree. Today I am here to support the passage of Senate Bill 71.
